For People Who Love To Garden

Daisy
  Pyrethrum
Back to Index

Daisies are now classified as part of the chrysanthemum family but it's nice that we still have this small but distinct group of plants. They have a character all their own and are typically considered an evocative of innocence.

Good for the cottage garden, daisies tend to sprawl about in loose clumps, catching our eyes with their bright white petals and golden centers. They require no special attention, and look great with other meadow flowers in the early summer, where they have center stage.

They have a gaudier cousin, the pink painted lady, that's fun as well.
